The Town of Morristown, as owner of the Morristown Municipal Airport (MMU or Airport), is soliciting qualifications from firms through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), to enter into a contract for airport engineering, planning, consultant and construction observation services at the Airport. Qualified firms must have experience in airport engineering, planning, consultant services, and construction observation for public use airports, as well as knowledge of and experience under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regulations. Firms submitting qualifications will be evaluated based on criteria set forth in the RFQ for consideration of an award of a contract for such services, pursuant to the competitive contracting process under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq., and applicable Federal Aviation Administration guidance documents.

Submissions will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at which time the name of each interested firm will be announced, and the submissions made public. Public announcement of submissions will take place in the large conference room at the Morristown Municipal Airport administration building, 8 Airport Road, Morristown, NJ.
