Morristown Airport offers U.S. Custom and Border Protection (CBP) service from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday for both business and leisure travelers. Please see below for a list of our CBP Clearance Fees:

Morristown Airport CBP Overtime Policy:
Effective November 1, 2022, all operators, including members of the Morristown Airport Customs Association, who schedule a clearance outside of the normal User-Fee CBP Facility hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday) will be subject to a two-hour minimum, flat-rate overtime fee of $600. Clearances that exceed the two-hour timeframe will be billed at $300 per each additional hour.

What are your hours of operation?
The regular office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (local time). Flight times can be accommodated outside of these hours upon request but are subject to overtime fee.
What if my flight is outside of your normal hours of operation?
If your flight occurs outside the normal hours of operation, you will be subject to an overtime fee on top of the Customs Clearance Fee.
How much notice must I give prior to a clearance request after normal hours of operation?
In order to request a flight during the week, you must notify us prior to 12:00pm (local time) for Monday-Friday requests. If you’re planning for a weekend flight, you must request by 12:00pm (local time) on the Friday before the weekend. If a holiday falls on a weekend, after hours flight requests should be made before 12 pm the previous business day.
Is a Customs Clearance Fee different than a Landing Fee?
Yes, operators who use the Morristown Airport U.S. CBP facility are subject to both an Airport Landing Fee and a Customs Clearance Fee.
