Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a firm to enter into a general services agreement for airport engineering, planning, consultant and construction observation services for the Town of Morristown, Morristown Municipal Airport Morris County, New Jersey
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Morristown, as owner of the Morristown Municipal Airport (MMU or Airport), is soliciting qualifications from firms through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), to enter into a contract for airport engineering, planning, consultant and construction observation services at the Airport. Qualified firms must have experience in airport engineering, planning, consultant services, and construction observation for public use airports, as well as knowledge of and experience under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection regulations. Firm submitting qualifications will be evaluated based on criteria set forth in the RFQ for consideration of an award of a contract for such services, pursuant to the competitive contracting process under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1 et seq., and applicable Federal Aviation Administration guidance documents.
Submissions will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at which time the name of each interested firm will be announced, and the submissions made public. Public announcement of submissions will take place in the large conference room at the Morristown Municipal Airport administration building, 8 Airport Road, Morristown, NJ. Submissions are to be made to DM AIRPORTS LTD., the operators of MMU addressed to the following:

A copy of the RFQ and attachments will be available beginning on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. and then after that date, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, at the location indicated above. Interested firms are required to comply with the affirmative action requirements of P.L. 1975 c. 127, N.J.A.C. 17:27, and Town of Morristown Code Chapter 2, Section 2-87.
